missing link destinations

I just installed the latest version of ArticleMS as a fresh or new install.  There are several link destinations missing from my installation that I just did.  Such as home, submit, search, rss, submit, my articles, and quite a few others.  Did I do something wrong that these folders weren't created in installation?  Let me know what I need to do here so that I can complete this installation properly and have this up and running.

I guess you have to re install the latest version for fixing the errors..!!

Dejavu:
The folders are not supposed to be created at, ArticleMS uses mod_rewrite to make it appear as if those urls exists (to give more SEO friendly links)
