Level Premium: is it currently possible?

there is the possibility of inserting, in addition to the level Free, a second level Pay?
Not simply a Paypal button, but the specific code (plugin-addon etc).

As far as I know many people asked for this but nobody have created jet a plugin

Maybe if there is a programmer who wants to create this type of plugin, it'll be great  ;D ;D
