Code Causing Load on Server and Website Getting Banned

Hi,

My hosting company suspended my account and sent the following email:


--- Quote ---"We have suspended your website as we found it using mysql all the time with the following query

SELECT * FROM ams_articles INNER JOIN ams_users ON user_id = article_author_id

This makes server overload and we informed you few times earlier also about it but this was not resolved."
--- End quote ---

Can someone please help me in resolving the issue ASAP. Thank you.

What template/extra blocks/widgets do you have on your site?  That query is not as far as I can remember part of the core code
